This is not just a training, it is a journey back home. A multidimensional experience where vibrational frequency, energetic transmission and somatic wisdom meet, activating your inner power and expanding your capacity to hold spaces of transformation.
A Journey Inward
Where you release old versions of yourself, recalibrate your nervous system, awaken your energy, and explore your channel in new ways — preparing it to be of service, if you choose so.
You will receive direct energetic transmissions, learn about Kundalini energy and how to work with it, explore subtle frequencies, and understand how vibration affects the nervous system, brainwaves, and emotional release.
This is not about doing more.
It is about tuning in more deeply.
By the end of the training, you will become a facilitator with knowledge of conscious energy — able to offer transmissions, hold and protect spaces, and work with personal rituals of cleansing and frequency, with all the tools needed to facilitate both private and group sessions.

First, it is important to understand that everything begins within.
For this reason, we must work on our inner world first. Throughout the training, we will cleanse and refine our channel using different techniques.
Only by inhabiting a clear inner channel can we truly transmit energy and become a channel for those who come into our sessions.
We are a channel in service of energy, and this requires working on ourselves first.

For open and curious hearts who feel the call to go deeper into their personal path, exploring who they truly are and freely choosing how (or if) to share that with the world. Prior experience with at least one energy session is required.
For therapists, facilitators, energy workers, coaches, and sensitive souls who feel the language of frequency and wish to expand their tools, deepen their connection to energy, and learn to work with it consciously.
For those who are willing to meet the unseen parts within themselves to transform them, integrate them, and grow through the process.
For anyone who feels it is time to walk towards their highest expression with the courage to move through discomfort, embrace what arises, and unlock their true potential.
You do not need to be an expert.
Only open, available, and willing to step in. -
You should have prior experience with energy, and we will carry out a personal interview beforehand to answer a few questions before the training begins.
It is important to understand that this training is, above all, for you, for your own personal growth and for diving into your heart, creating space to expand and receive.
Commitment to this process is essential.
If you are simply looking for another certification to hang on your wall, this training is not for you.
This is a training to explore, to learn how to become the observer, to release the layers we have carried throughout life, to unlearn and relearn in alignment with your essence, to release emotional and energetic blockages, to cleanse your inner channel and, above all, remember who you are.

The format of the training is hybrid, combining online and in-person sessions, with a total duration of approximately four months.

The investment options are designed to fit different needs: the core training is €2,222 (meals provided during training hours; accommodation not included), a retreat format at €2,500 that covers full accommodation and all meals, and a 1:1 training option priced at €3,333.
The is a non-retreat format option, which could be an immersion in Ibiza at Inner Space in the north of the island. Basic accommodation option available. Meals included; accommodation depends on choice. Flexible location and schedule depending on the client -

The Method Phases

21 DAYS (Online and/or in-person)
Before the retreat, we begin a journey of expanding energetic sensitivity and awareness through guided online sessions (and optional in-person gatherings).
This phase is essential to open the channel, raise your frequency, and prepare the field for what is to come.
Includes:
Group energy sessions to awaken the body and begin opening the channel
Foundational teachings on the energetic field, frequency, and states of consciousness
Community spaces for connection between participants
One individual Bioneuroemotion session to access the subconscious from a non-dual perspective, plus a personal assessment session

5/6 DAYS (In-person)
A deep dive into energetic practice in an intimate and safe environment.
During these days, you will activate your life force, expand your magnetic field, and cultivate inner clarity to hold and transmit energy to others.
These days are dedicated to practice.
You will experience:
Daily energetic activations and somatic practices
Opening of the channel and energetic field
Exploration of energy through a non-dual lens
Guided emotional, physical, and energetic integration
Supervised practices with personalized feedback
Conscious use of frequency and sound in sessions
Tools for space holding and energetic hygiene
Introduction to radiesthesia (with practice kit)
Guided meditations and non-duality practices

3 MONTHS (Online)
The process does not end with the retreat.
During the following three months, you will receive continuous support for integration, deepening, and growth as a facilitator and energetic channel.
Through online sessions, workshops, and community support — with a final in-person integration event.

Meet Kika
A mother, space holder, intuitive guide and energy facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with their essence through a sensory and embodied return to their true self.
Born in Portugal and raised in Ibiza, her path has always been shaped by intuition, sensitivity and an innate connection to the unseen.
After navigating a chronic illness and undergoing a profound personal transformation, Kika aligned fully with her soul’s calling — studying and practicing Reiki, Quantum Therapy (LNT), KAP (levels 1 and 2), Bioneuroemotion, Kinesiology, Breathwork, Sound Therapy, and more recently, integrating the contemplative wisdom of Zen Buddhism.
Her work is not about adjusting the surface, but about guiding others into deeper presence, awareness and alignment with their own inner truth.
Kika holds space with depth and clarity, offering a grounded, non-dual and energetically attuned approach to healing — weaving together somatic awareness, vibrational frequency and compassionate presence.
In 2025, she created The Inner Channel, rooted in the understanding that everything begins within. Through this project, she shares her lived experience, energetic transmissions and embodied wisdom with all who feel the call to return home to themselves
